Bio
Josh is the Principal Consultant at the ODI, responsible for leading consulting and advisory delivery at the ODI and building and growing strategic partnerships with commercial partners, government agencies and the third sector.
Throughout his career he has had a specific focus on increasing access to data held in the private sector and improving city data ecosystems, to help improve public services and tackle societal problems like the climate crisis.
