Melissa Tallack

Melissa is an experienced data and digital leader with 3 decades of experience in the water industry. Prior to setting up her own company last year to enable her to work with many companies, Melissa spent nearly 28 years at Anglian Water Services. There she experienced a variety of roles from operational front line to asset management, strategic change management and most latterly leading their Data and Digital Services function where she led the modernisation of practices and technologies. Melissa loves facilitating change with people, processes, data and technology in order to help businesses achieve their desired outcomes and is passionate about supporting private sector organisations to open up data to stimulate innovation, transparency and trust.
