Stefania, also known as DevStefOps, began her career in development, security, and DevOps, gaining hands-on technical experience across many industries. She excelled in client-facing roles, managing multi-million dollar projects, and leading global teams. These experiences gave her deep insights into effective stakeholder management and understanding roles, requirements and expectations within the tech industry.

Today, she empowers women in tech by teaching confidence, communication, and negotiation skills. With a deep understanding of the challenges women face in this field, Stefania collaborates with organizations and individuals to help women advance their careers. She has shared her expertise at hundreds of events worldwide, both in-person and virtually, and is dedicated to fostering a more inclusive and supportive tech industry where women don’t just survive, they thrive!
