Tandy Nicole

Tandy Nicole is a passionate advocate for women in tech and EDI, a powerhouse a who is on a mission to change the world. She is currently working as a Software Product Owner at Planet DDS, a leading provider of cloud-based dental software solutions serving practices in North America.

Tandy founded Womennetic in January 2023, a grassroots aimed at supporting refugee women in to Tech. Since starting her journey into Tech, she has been nominated for 3 tech awards: A double nomination for Scotland Fintech Tech Awards in 2022 (incl. Finalist for Outstanding FinTech Female Leader) and won the Unsung Hero ScotlandIS Digital Tech Awards in May 2023. She is also a Non-Executive Board of Director for 2 organisations in Glasgow.

As a Board advisor for the Scottish Government, Tandy brings valuable experience in supporting government strategy and policy, as well as influencing best practices. With a background in healthcare, Tandy’s expertise extends to tech and STEM education. Her impressive achievements showcase her dedication and impact in the Tech industry.
