The Booth Crawl will take place from 6-7pm on the 4th of February and winners will be announced in the Table holder area at 7. To take part in the Booth Crawl and have a chance to win one of our amazing prizes. 

1. Collect a Booth Crawl Stamp Card from the Reception between 17.30 and 19.00, 4th Feb. Collect your drinks tickets at the same time. Complete the card by getting a stamp from each table – to be eligible for the draw you must complete all stamps. Enjoy our complimentary drinks whilst speaking to our table holders and gathering stamps. 
2. Complete your personal details on the card. These will not be collected and the cards will be destroyed after the draw. Take the Card to reception and hand it to Sam or Kim who will add it to the draw entries. Gather at the OpenUK Desk at 19.00 for the draw.  
3. If you are a winner and are not there to receive your prize as it is drawn the prize will be forfeited and given to the person who is named on the next card drawn.

So be there at 19.00 and don’t miss out!

Terms and Conditions

•  All completed cards will be entered into the draw and winners selected at random. OpenUK Staff may not enter the draw, but OpenUK volunteers may and prizes may be received by them.
• Each winner will be drawn from the completed cards and announced. 
• To be eligible to receive a prize a winner must be in the room and respond to either name, when the draw takes place. Any winner not in the room will forfeit their prize which will be passed to the next card holder drawn.
• Prizes may be changed or withdrawn any time before the draw.
• All prizes must be collected on the night of the draw.
