Venue, Travel & Accomondation

Venue: Royal Bank of Scotland Conference Centre

Royal Bank of Scotland Conference Centre, 175 Glasgow Rd, Edinburgh EH12 9SB

Getting to the venue

Tram

Edinburgh Trams (T50) stop directly on the campus every 7–10 minutes. The tram stop is located outside the campus, on the main A8 road and can be easily accessed from both of the central Edinburgh hotels we have recommended. Team OpenUK representatives will be at the Gogarburn Stop to direct you across the campus.

We recommend travelling to the venue by tram.

Buses

Several services go onto Gogarburn campus, and others stop on the A8 just outside. This is step free. Follow directions above from the appropriate point.

You can take a direct bus from Edinburgh city centre to the Royal Bank of Scotland Conference Centre (RBS Gogarburn Campus) via Lothian Country Buses routes X18, X19, or Citylink route 900. From the airport, you can take Lothian Buses Service 18 (formerly the Skylink 400), which takes only 7 minutes to go directly from Edinburgh Airport to the Gogarburn A8 stop.

Park and Ride

Ingleston Park & Ride links to Gogarburn using the tram or Lothian buses.

Edinburgh Park and Edinburgh Gateway are accessible via our own shuttle bus service.
