Flower is a Friendly Federated Learning Framework. It provides a unified approach to federated learning, analytics, and evaluation. It federates any workload, any ML framework, and any programming language. The talk will give a brief introduction for the framework and its applications throughout the banks, hospitals and blockchain companies.

Bio

I am a Ph.D. student working under the supervision of Prof. Nicholas Lane at Cambridge Machine Learning Systems Lab. I was a member of the Big Data Institute at the University of Oxford from 2019 to 2020. I have a background in Mathematics and Statistics and am passionate about privacy, scalable and efficient optimization for machine learning and federated learning.
