Andrew Katz is a solicitor who has been advising on Open Source and Open Technologies for over 30 years. He is a partner and head of Technology Law at Moorcrofts LLP, and is also CEO of Orcro Limited, a specialist open source compliance consultancy. He is an active member of the international OpenChain community. He has advised many businesses on open source business models, licensing, compliance, and exit planning.
