Paul Clarke

Paul Clarke has had a portfolio career across transformational government and digital media. With Directgov he worked on innovation and strategy propositions for the government’s online relationship with citizens, one of which was featured by Tim Berners-Lee in his TED talk “The Year Open Data Went Worldwide”. He has led projects at national level to review and improve digital services, and has been a member of the Mayor of London’s Digital Advisory Board, and the London Smart City Board.
More recently Paul has focused on digital media services; as a photographer and film-maker working with many tech leaders and organisations, and writing extensively on issues such as openness, transparency and rights in a digital age.
